The ownership and the risk of damage of the products are transfered at the time of delivery. If, when the delivery occurs, the packaging is damaged, the package must be opened in the presence of the courier or carrier to verify the conditions of the products. In the event that the products are damaged, or the correct order has not been received, return the order at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. The refund will be made at once.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the day of reception to change or return it, exceeding the 7 working days established by law to exercise the right of withdrawal (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). After this time, no changes or refunds will be accepted.

To make any change or return within the stipulated period, you must contact AZZAYTUNA, S.L customer service department and indicate your intention to return or change the order. Once the customer service department authorizes the change or return, you will receive instructions to follow. Without this authorization, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin. Once authorized and when the product will be received at AZZAYTUNA, S.L. it will be checked that the product is in perfect condition (in its original packaging, without damage or breakage and without obvious signs of use / handling) and will be reimbursed or exchanged.

If the customer used a credit card, the refund will be made before the end of the corresponding month. The value of the refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, reduced by the return costs. If the customer has used gift checks or promotional coupons, they will be returned to your account.

The shipping costs in the return or exchange will be paid by AZZAYTUNA, S.L. only in case there is an error in the preparation of the order or due to a defect in the product. In the event that the return or change of the order is not for the reasons mentioned above and it is a personal decision of the customer, the client must assume the shipping costs.
